My stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely! The rooms were comfy and clean with a beautiful view of the Shannon river, though being upstairs made it a bit tricky with luggage and kids. The service was outstanding, especially when they helped us find our way back from the Cliffs of Moher without GPS. The location couldn't have been better for exploring Bunratty Castle and Shannon Airport. The dining experience was fabulous, catering to all dietary needs with delicious cooked-to-order meals.
